Milo and Olive’s burrata pizza with prosciutto, tomato, arugula, olive oil, sea salt
I went to Milo & Olive in Santa Monica for lunch today and, ooh, I just loved it. Thank you, Zoe Nathan, for finally bringing some excellent wood-fired pizza crust to the Westside, one that’s thin and crispy throughout with a nice, bulbous edge. You are a bread baking goddess! I can’t wait to break into the crusty baguette I picked up on the way out. Jambon-buerre, anyone?
