char-siu tsukemen ramen | tsujita LA
Lunch at Tsujita LA on Sawtelle. The noodles: bouncy, chewy, resilient. The dip: viscous, hearty, meaty. The char siu – unctuous, supple, tender. I-n-t-e-n-s-e. So good tho!
