It’s been a while since I last saw Alice.  She and her husband had to relocate to Las Vegas last summer for his work, but luckily, Alice has now gotten a gig in LA, so she’ll be commuting here every couple of weeks.  She happened to be in town this week, so we met up in Ktown for some good ol’ BBQ at Honey Pig.  On the grill – cha dol (thin beef brisket), the “special” sam gyup sal (pork belly), kimchi, sprouts, all finished with tabletop fried rice.  I’m about to bust a button and my hair reeks of oinker grease, but it was well worth it.  Now, time for a rinse…
