A scene from one of my favorite movies, Amadeus, where Salieri tries to coax Constanza into leaving some of her husband’s original sheet music with an offering of Capezzoli di Venere (Nipples of Venus), or brandied chestnut pralines.  I’ve always wanted to try these confections, but I have yet to find them anywhere in the US.  I guess I could order some from Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace, or I could try to make some…
