Had dinner last week with MP at Picca, a cantina on Pico with an considerable menu of nibbles to Peru-se.  Kicked off the meal with a “P”-emblazoned pisco sour and ended it with a grassy, punchy avocado & rum cocktail, called the “Avocado Project.”  (FYI, the drinks are excellent!)  As for the plates, I really dug the chicharron de costillas.  And the locro de quinoa… I wish someone would make it for me for breakfast.  Tasty with variety.  My kind of meal!
