Today’s lunch.  Amazing ramen at Ramen Nagi in Shinjuku Golden-gai.  A thick, porky shoyu broth infused with heaps of niboshi (dried sardines) for an intensely rich flavor.  A new twist on tsugaru-style ramen, I think.  The super thick, chewy noodles are some of the best I’ve ever slurped.  The bowl also comes with a few sheets of thin, wide, uncut noodles that are similar to wonton for a variety of textures.  Delicious!
