beef ramen | matador, kita senju, tokyo

Another day in Tokyo, another ridiculously marvelous bowl of ramen.  This one is from award-winning, highly acclaimed Matador in Kita-Senju.  Matador’s signature bowl consists of thin, straight noodles in a light, slightly sweet beef broth, topped with huge slabs of roast beef.  So satisfying!
